Some months ago in Switzerland the number for general informations, 111, changed to one that started with 18. The 118, number of the firefighters, got a lot of wrong calls that were aimed to general info, instead. So the firefighters made this video to remember people to dial the right number, or something like that (I don't speak French). AFAIK it's an autoproduction.
